Timacuan is a well-established golf community consisting of over 550 homes and 400 rolling acres, divided into 9 communities. ‘Stratton Hill’ was the first neighborhood built in 1986, with the majority of the rest built in the 1990’s.

Many homes were custom built and tract and semi-custom home builders Ryland Homes, David Weekley Homes, and MI Homes also built phases of the community. The largest neighborhood is Fairway Hills with 219 homes.
