Skyplex, the new entertainment complex under development on International Drive, will include a 10,000 sq. Ft. Perkins restaurant near the path of the world’s tallest roller coaster  near Sand Lake Road and International Drive.

The new Perkins will be the largest in the world set to open in 2017.   The restaurant will anchor the open air promenade called SkyPlaza.  The observation deck of the attraction is  projected to be 535 feet above the ground.  Sharp curves, quick drops and hair pin turns and loops make this ride unique and coined as the world’s tallest roller coaster.
