A proposed 41,500 sq. ft. retail and medical office development is being planned at Lake Underhill Road near Chickasaw Trail in Orlando.  The cost of the mixed-use project is $10 million to $15 million and is being developed by Vista Pointe Family LP.  The  36-acre site known as The Palms at Lake Underhill is a 36 acre site.  A general contractor has not been selected yet and construction could start as early as the end of 2010.
