Orlando metro area had 1.5% fewer delinquent homeowners in March than the prior month before according to the Orlando Business Journal.
Only 17.7% of Orlando areas homeowners with a mortgage were more than 90 days behind on their payments.  Nationwide this stat i9s 3.4%.

The Sunshine State had the top foreclosure rate in the nation in March of 2013.
