The complex will boast five multipurpose tennis courts, and elevated walking/running track, concession area, and retail space. With I-4 traveling along the west side of this property, along the East side runs the Seminole Wekiva Trail, making this a perfect location for a sports complex!

The property was originally owned by Hamzeh of IJH Enterprises who held the mortgage in the sale of the property to Neighborhood Alliance Church formally (Born Again Christian Church Inc. Assemblies of God) in 2005. After a failed construction venture the church signed the property back over to IJH Enterprises Inc., in March of last year. SCN Development LLC is poised to buy the property if they get approval for the SportPlex which is project in come through in early 2019 and will hopefully break ground that summer.
