At the end of the second quarter, one year ago, the median asking price for businesses in Orlando was $199,000.  Today that current median asking price is down 12% to $175,000. from the second quarter in 2009. 

The median revenue for businesses in the Orlando area had a median revenue of $310,000 in the second quarter 2010 which was decreased from the same period last year which was $340,400.

Money that gets deducted from the business over the year, known as median cash flow, is at the rate of $79,600 this year compared to $87,000. last year.  Commercial businesses, nationally is showing signs of economic recovery.  Smaller businesses are at the top of the market recovery in the commercial market.
