Hi, it's Karen Arbutine with RE/MAX. I had the pleasure of closing the estate of Deborah and Sandra Eisenberg, the family estate. We just finished the closing and I want to congratulate you for finding me.

How do you feel the process went?

This is the hardest thing I've ever had to do, but the minute I met Vicky Levy Eskin I knew I would be ok. She told me when I needed to sell the house which was heartbreaking, but there was only one person - and that was you Karen - Karen Arbutine. And I'm tough, I'm a tough sale. I'm from Missouri, you have to show me and this women showed us within 24 hours what a powerhouse she was! And even my tough sister, Sandra, was sold. And within, what was it, 14 days?

Yes, within 14 days we had 2 offers.

Unbelievable! What could have been a painful process, turned out to be a family. We literally became a team. Working with Red Bevis and Vicky, Vicky Levy is like my big sister and Karen's like my cousin now. We're look-a-likes here. She made it so easy for us and this is such a live saver for me, having taken care of dad. And my dad is smiling down on us now, because he wanted his beautiful house to go to a beautiful family and now it is.
