Hi, it's Karen Arbutine with RE/MAX Central Realty. Today I have the pleasure of showing Winter Garden Florida Town-homes to past clients of mine, David and Debra Taormina. They are visiting us from New York City where David has recently retired as a law enforcement officer.

David has been looking with Debra for a pre-owned town-home community and we thought we'd save the best for last and look at something brand new. Perfect, you came to the right place. Welcome to Winding Bay Preserve a beautiful boutique style community. Tell me a little more about what you are looking for. Is there anything in particular you wish in your new home?

Well, with the size of our family, I am looking for at least 4 bedrooms; a bedroom downstairs for my mother.

This is a four bedroom home, 3 full bath, with a bedroom down. Also, you have 2200 sq ft plus the patio area and the garage out back. Now, the best part of it all is our proximity to Disney! The entrance is right on the road from here and you can also see the fireworks from our beautiful community.

They're going to love that. I think that is one of the reason's they are coming here. So, they can have close proximity to the park.

Another plus too, we have great schools. So, this is perfect for those that want to use the school system for their kids. And also, this community, we have a great amenities center with a pool. There are walking trails, dog parks, everything you wish for in your future community. How do you like the open plan with the kitchen?
