Lake Nona 's Medical City is seeing a great expansion in townhomes, single-family homes and apartments which are being bought and sold thought the vast community in southeast Orlando.

Recently the commercial development is revving up as well which is expected to bring 850 temporary construction jobs and hundreds of permanent jobs to the growing area.

The 17 Acre office park near the biotech hub of Medical City has been approved by the Orlando City Council.   The estimated $85 million project includes 570,000 square feet of office space in three buildings, a hotel and two 10,000 sq. ft. restaurant space with 2,800+ in parking structures.

Lake Nona Land is working with Concentric Restaurants  which is the parent company to Luma on Park and Prato located in Winter Park, FL to design a new restaurant village center within Laureate Park residential.  

Lake Nona Village commercial center also added Nona Blue a Modern Tavern to its center.
