Many of Central Florida's 100 most expensive homes are concentrated in three Orange County FL communities.    Isleworth and Winter Park dominate the new list of Central Florida's wealthiest addresses, with Lake Nona arriving as the new hot community for mansions.  The most expensive homes are in Windermere, including Isleworth followed by Winter Park and Lake Nona according to Potomac Land Co.   A third of the homes on the list are located in Isleworth home of NBA All - Star Vince Carter of the Dallas Mavericks.  The home features nine bedrooms, 16 bathrooms which is valued at 9.9 Million.  Lake Nona which is a fast paced growing hot spot know for the Medical City and Elite Cournty Club drawing names such as Annika Sorenstam.  Statistics on the Orange County Property Appraisers site show that Windermere, FL leads the area for the most high dollar mansions.  All of the homes have at least five bedrooms, the smallest home features 8,459 square feet on the Winter Park Chain of Lakes.  This list shows us that much of the wealth in Central Florida comes from sports and tourism.   A third of these homeowners have permanent addresses elsewhere.
