Hi it's Karen Arbutine with RE/MAX Considering buying a home in Orlando Florida market under 400,000? Right now there's a huge demand and a limited supply of inventory. It's wonderful if you can align yourself with a local top agent in your marketplace. Second, it's crucial to work with an agent that has the availability to know of inventory that it's not currently on the market. We call those pocket listings. Also, I recently represented a local family they were first time home buyers and we made an offer on a house for $400,000. There were eight offers on the table and we came in with offer number nine. We were awarded the bid due to my negotiating skills and the level of confidence I have in the contracts and winning bids. Lastly, don't go It alone, when you go out there and make an offer on a home make sure you have your pre-approval with your local lender in your hand.
