University of Central Florida will get a boutique hotel and new conference center.  KUD International LLC, is projected to build the $24.2 Million dollar site.  The project is expectd to be comprised of 100-130 rooms, six-story hotel situated on 4.4 acres.  The new hotel amenities would include a full service restaurant, fitness center, cocktail lounge and pool with water features.  It will include a 15,000 square foot conference space that feature ballrooms for special events.  The project is slated to be complete in 2016.
