Lake Mary Preparatory School is notable in the purchase of  an 11 acre vacant, foreclosed office space,
giving it the top spot for Central Florida's best deal with developed office
real estate in 2010-2011.   Lake Mary Prep on May 3rd bought a 48,000
square foot office building, which had been bank owned for nearly two
years.  It is located in the Lake Mary
Technological Park for $3 million.  Lake
Mary Prep is in its third year as a boarding campus bought the building for a
100 student dorm as well as for international students who attend the
schools.  The school hosts 70 students
from more than 10 nations.
