Off the beaten path, but just a stone's throw (about 5 miles) from downtown Orlando is a New Urban Community called Baldwin Park. If you have lived in Orlando long enough, you will remember when the Orlando Executive Airport was called Baldwin Field. Does that give you an idea of the vicinity of this quaint, home town feeling, come home when the street lights come on, community? Just east of Orlando and north of East Colonial Drive you will find your new home, or at least a new favorite haunt.
Since sales started in 2001 Baldwin Park now has the ability to host almost 3000 households. The community consists of two to six bedroom homes, townhomes and condos currently ranging from $275,000 to $1,799,000. You will see unsupervised youngsters riding their bikes up and down the paths.
